Water Dropping and Tree Planting
The 7 hotels of the region celebrated Earth Guest Day on 22 April, 2010 by water dropping and tree planting at Mrica, Ngestiharjo, Tunjung Sari, Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta. This program is to supply water in the village by dropping 5,000 liters by truck three times a week in the next 6 months and followed by tree planting program in the village area.

This poor orphanage was established in 2002 by a number of local community leaders who posses big concern on the increasing numbers of abandoned children in the area. These children are having limited access to proper education and living. At some cases, they even leave schools for earning few dollars to support their own living.

As wise man says, the future of the world lays in the hand of the children. They are the next guardian of our beloved universe. To be able to do so, they need to have sufficient skills and knowledge as well as good health. No more to say that Education and Health Care play important roles. Good education and good health life are the main keys to achieve a prosperous living standard.
